I've had one for just [This is from the Spinal Injury Conference] about a year, and it has has had verygood results. The only skin problem I have had was elsewhere than where I sit...though close to it...so I can't blame the cushion at all. I also have an "air-exchange" cover for the Jay cushion, and that has some added protection in minimizing moisture.
