Charlie, how nice to see you here!  How nice also to see you still 
support audible traffic signals.  It truly escapes me how any blind 
person with conscience can feel otherwise!  As I have said on this 
echo before, when the sighted folks remove their white lines and traffic 
signals which tend to call attention to their "sightedness", I will 
withdraw my ardent and sometimes successful pleas for audible traffic 
signals.  Good to see Mass Commission is coming down on what I consider 
to be the right side!
