I am trying to use run-scheme in gnuemacs.  I need to put scheme in a
nonstandard place (not /usr/local/bin) but I cannot seem to tell emacs
this.  I edited the xscheme.el file and also tried setting the variable
scheme-program-name but neither seemed to help.  I still get the message
searching for program: no such file or directory, scheme

Does anyone know what I should do?
