	I'm just setting up a news system, and I'd like to know where I
can get a recent, up-to-date checkgroups file to get all of the groups
defined.  Specifically, I'm starting up ANU News 6.0-1 on VMS (I'm
posting to n.s.b because I'm getting the news into ANU News from a B/C
news Ultrix system.)

	Do I have to get this from somewhere (uunet for example), or can
I generate a checkgroups file from my existing Ultrix news system?
