Chinese Fans,
   I'm looking for a recipe for sesame beef/chicken. I'm talking about
the dish where the sesame sauce virtually carmelizes on the meet.
Making it sweet and crunchy outside and tender inside. I'm am recently
addicted to this dish, and can't seem to find it in my chinese
cookbook. Thanks in advance for any replies.
