 Back before Christmas, there was a fairly hot
 discussion (pun intended) on light bulb savers.
 When I left the discussion for break, there was
 some question whether any of these had UL approval.
 I check while at home, and the ones I have say:
   "Miracle Prod UL (circled) 29B2 120v 200w SCR1"
 I presume that there is an SCR in it...
 This is the small button type that is intended to be
 dropped into a lamp socket and the bulb screwed 
 down onto it.
