I want to make a hand held device powered by rechargable batteries.
I also want to be able to use the device while the batteries are
charging (like the old TI calculators).  I have some circuits for
NiCad chargers that seem very simple and straight forward.  Are
there any special requiremets for in circuit charging?  Someone
out there must have done this before.  Any information will be
appreciated.
