In HOME SHOP MACHINIST, I found a "shoptask 17-20" for $1295 (with a phone 206 922 3934) with "17 swing, and 11 by 18 milling capacity" which might probably be the same machine. There is also a $795 "multipurpose precision machine" from Skip Hellen (213 866 1923) advertized with cheesecake. In my recent edition of the campbell took catalog, there are several Emco-Maier combo machines ranging from about 1000 to about 10000. Each has a wide range of accessories and spare parts, some of which MIGHT be important which will probably not be available for a random import. I also noticed that fittings on the cheaper Emco machines are not "5C", so the collet set costs $500 rather than about $180 for a more standard 5C set from grizzly.
