15-Jan 16:20 UTC. The link between the CAnet node in Toronto
and NSFnet at Cornell in Ithaca was down from 16:00-16:18 UTC
due to a power failure at Cornell. During this outage, south-
bound traffic was being rerouted through the Montreal NSFnet
link.
