I've been trying for a few weeks to implement two learning algorithms, but I
haven't suuceeded yet. I would be very grateful if anybody had a corresponding 
piece of code (in any reasonnable language), or any ideas on the subject.
Those algorithms are: quick propagation, described in Fahlman[88]
and Cascade correlation, described in Fahlman & Lebiere[90]
Answers in French or English welcommed.
