I looked on SIMTEL20, but couldn't find the OPUS distribution.  Was
there some reason for this software to be deleted from the obvious
place (<MSDOS.OPUS>)?  I'm pretty sure I got a copy of it from
simtel20 a long time ago for a previous employer, but now that I want
a copy for myself, I can't seem to find it.

Where can I get opus?
