Would you critique the following system for me, please? Server: 16 MHz 386 with 8MB RAM and a 120MB HD, running UNIX SVR4 (probably Microport because of price) with TCP/IP and NFS. WD 16-bit ethernet card. Clients: 15-20 various MSDOS Zenith XTs and 286-ATs, running MSDOS. WD 8-bit ethernet card. FTP's TCP-PC with their "Interdrive", an NFS-like program. daVinci email.
