I've received a few messages in response to my queries about Zoom modems here,
and a lot of people state that they have noise immunity problems. SOOO...

1.  Is there a reasonably priced (<$300) 2400/9600 fax/modem around that is of
good quality?

2.  Are there any modems whose software allows printing at 144 dpi (full
Imagewriter-II resolution) instead of 72 dpi?
