Folks,

I am running EMACS 18.56 on a DECstation 3100 and using the EDT keypad.
The keypad does not work on the window, but when logged in on a dumb
terminal, it works fine.  Is there a known fix?  Please send explicit
instructions as the EMACS within is still a bit mysterious to me.

I have also been unsuccessful getting HAVE_X_MENU to do *anything*.  Is
there any available lore on this?
