I'm trying to put up Jay Secora's package on LISTSERV@UBVM.CC.BUFFALO.EDU with
some difficulty (both LISTSERV and CUNY's conneciton to the outside world
aren't working to well). You might get what you seek :) if you mail
GET CYRGOT README
GET CYRGOT SITHQX
to the LISTSERV. :)
