I'm posting this for a friend (and my own curiosity). He
has a Targa 16 (I have a Targa 8). He wants to know what
image analysis software is out there to work on Targa
16 files. Image Pro for a 16 is far tooooo expensive.
Any capable but reasonably priced options? Thanks!
