Given that a C++ compiler does not exist for a particular workstation, can anyone give me any information on how successful I might be in generating C code on a Sparc (using cfront) and compiling the result on the native machine? This would be a moderately significant application (5,000-10,000 lines of code). Are there any "gotchas" that cfront generates in certain circumstances, that I may need to watch for?
