 When you TURNKEY an HS/FORTH application, you can make a rather small
 sized EXE file if you relocate the system segments so that you move the
 LISTS segment down into the free space on top of the CODES segment, and
 leave FORTHS and any empty user-defined segments on top.  When you
 TURNKEY everything on top of the last used bytes (plus anything you
 reserved for space for shelling out to DOS) in the LISTS segment get
 discarded, and are not saved as part of the memory image.
