 Hardly true.  A fully-featured forth like HS/Forth or UR/Forth is
 perfectly capable of creating a very reasonably sized EXE file.  I use
 HS/Forth to create 'utilities for others to use' and generally end up
 with a 30K or thereabouts EXE file.
