I'm looking for books about TurboVision and/or OOP with TP 6.0 (5.5 maybe)

All suggestions welcome but recommandations preferred. Please state why you
prefer that particular book and all details about that book, incl. ISBN and
publisher (so I can order it!).

English (american ;-) ) language books absolutely preferred!
