I recently received a special offer from Digitalk for ST/Win for
US$250.00 + ph.  But the offer is not phrased as an upgrade offer to my
existing ST/V packages, so is this the only offer that Digitalk is
making? Or is there a separate (cheaper) offer pending for existing
users?
