   Ben Johnston is Proffessor Emeritus of Theory and Composition at the 
   University of Illinois. I feel sure he can be reached through Dr. 
   Thomas Frederickson at the University of Illinois. 

   BTW, Mr. Johnston is not DR. Johnston. While I was still at Illinois, 
   Dr. Johnston was awarded with an Honorary Dr. of Music for his 
   accomplishments.
