I just installed MSC 6.0.  It won't work with OS/2 1.1 although I
specifically asked to install this for OS/2 1.1; could not make
any PM programs.  'CreateStdWin' has 9 parameters defined in 'pmwin.h',
one more that of in MSC 5.1.  Also some defines, FC_MENUBAR, etc, is 
missing from 'pmwin.h'.  

Any ideas to fix this?
