- After selecting an item in a submenu the whole menu disappears
  at once.  I would like to know how to keep the submenus visible
  until taken down programmatically.

- Who out there can tell me where does it make sense to use
          WM_MENUEND
          MM_ENDMENUMODE
          MM_STARTMENUMODE
  Does anybody has some code in which he used those messages?
