Yes.. There is a program available under os9 that will convert VEFto CM3, it
is Tim Kientzle's (?sp) view (v4.1) graphic viewer. It can display 20+
graphic formats, and can convert and save them to VEF, VEFsquashed, CM3, or
MGE formats... It ia available here at the SandV BBS as well as Delphi, the
LISTSERV@PUCC and probably Compuserve, as well as many other public BBSes...
