A just purchased a used AHA-1542A rev.D and it did not include
any documentation :-(

Should anyone have the jumper settings handy, I'd greatly appreciate
a copy by Email.  I need to set it up as a 2nd controller and to disable
the floppy controller (the primary controller is Adaptec's ACB-2372A RLL
controller).
