If have tried mvs as a server using the sample program in IBM Manual - "Transmission Control Protocol/ Internet Protocol for MVS" SC09-1261-00 and a simple rpc program to copy a file from a Sun to stdout on MVS. In both cases the server hangs in a routine called ASMWAIT with an svc 01. The client program on the Sun appears to complete. If anyone has any hints I would appreciate mail to: xxbja@csduts1.lerc.nasa.gov. Please user mail because our usnet processing is about 6 days behind. -- Betty Jo Armstead SVERDRUP Technology Inc. 21000 Brookpark Rd.Ms 142-2 Nasa Lewis Research Center Cleveland Ohio 44135 From: xxbja@csduts1.lerc.nasa.gov
