I agree with you Stef and I think it is fortunate that the RARE recommenda-
tion coincides with what you say (ADMD and PRMD instead of A and P).

It is true that RFC 987 entries are not a problem. They are only seen
by the MTA manager , who is supposed to know well enough not to be confused.

The user interfaces are more important, because they can drive users away
from X.400, which I understand and sympathise (with the users :-))
