I am experiencing some annoying problems with WINQVTN.  I frequently
receive a TERMINAL ERROR and everything closes down.  When I try
to restart the application I receive the following three error
messages:

1) Packet Driver Error: 10
2) Can't access IP handle interface 1
   Packet driver probably not loaded.
3) Network initialization error!

Any clues?

Also, when using mget with FTP, the program goes through the wildcard 
list twice.
