I've just gotten a request for information about avoiding "empowering" a
Ness each time it is used.

We used to have this option, but the possibility of forged mail seemed
to great.

One step you can take is to add to your preferences the line
	*.NessUseDialogBoxInsteadOfWarning: on
then instead of scrolling through the Ness to empower it, you get a
simple dialog box.
