Davis) Organization: Digital Equipment Corporation Lines: 17 I just upgraded from an A500 with Supra500XP to an A2000 and GVP series II SCSI+ram card. I installed the 1meg SIMMs(6) which are *very* inexpensive, plugged in my hard drive which was previously formatted by my Supra500 and booted. No muss, no fuss. I LOVE the RDB "standard". Their prep software looks great and works fine. I used it to disable the SCSI device "polling" during boot. The device performs as advertised. =++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++= Mark Davis Internet: davis@decwet.enet.dec.com UUCP: decwrl!decwet.enet!davis =++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++=
