HP Direct at (800)538-8787 has it; they take credit card orders.  My
(somewhat old) catalog lists part number 51630A for 500 pages 8-1/2 x 11
and 92261N as 2500 pages 8-1/2 x 11, both Z-fold (second one is 5 packs of
500 pages each).  They also list 14-7/8 x 11 (wide pages) and inkjet
labels, apparently on tractor-feed backing.
