Keywords: mouse Message-ID: <2534@batman.moravian.EDU> Date: 24 Jan 91 03:15:22 GMT Followup-To: comp.sys.amiga.tech Organization: Cognition Enhancements Lines: 28 Problem: Mouse has just stopped working, but joystick still works. New mouse didn't correct problem. Local technician first thought it was a blown "pico-fuse" at the mouse port, but since joystick works he's now stumped. -------> User *especially* upset due to very recent investment in expensive productuctivity and educational software (mostly mouse-dependent). -------> Child despondent, dad depressed...whole family in mourning. (Note: standard Amiga mouse, used in left port (but now won't work in either port)). -------> System is a basic A2000 w/1MB RAM and still under warranty. Solution (hopefully): Request advice from nethacks. Please reply directly if you can offer help or need further details to solve problem. Tears/fists on the keyboard can cause even greater problems... Thanks for any advice... "jumblela" - the knot of cables that results from plugging in several peripherals at the same time.
