[Text deleted] It's a little hard to provide you with documentation, since you neither identify the poster nor the university. Even if you had, and I had documentation, I wouldn't give it to you, since I think a lawsuit is an extreme, and wasteful response to this problem. When I have encountered such behavior over the net, I have forwarded the offending material to the postmaster of the site. I have rarely received a response from the system administrators other than an apology and assurance that the offending party has either lost net access, or will do so if the problem continues. -- bruce@zuhause.mn.org
