There are two hidden heroes. The game will only let you take *ONE* of them. If you want Lor, then you can't have any more than two heroes already in the group. If you want Kazai, you can get him as long as you haven't chosen - or even *visited* Lor. In othger words, if you want one of these guys, *don't* enter the area that contains the other one.
