(1) Use your STROGEST and highest level Ninja to throw an object down the hall. You may have to advance a level of Ninja and you MIGHT try a Strength potion. Throw a Throwing Star or a rock down the hall until you hear a click. Now go out and down the hall parallel with the other one. The door you asked about in question 2 should be now open. The location of the key in your question 3 I'm not sure about.
