Hi,
  It's me again. First of all, thanks for those who have sent
me e-mails to answer my previous query, although I like to see 
the answer posted so that everybody will learn something.
  Now, I need the same explanation for Dynamic HAM. What are
its advantages over other formats?
  Now that we have Sliced-HAM and Dynamic HAM, what's next?
