Message-ID: <11586@helios.TAMU.EDU> Date: 29 Jan 91 13:57:48 GMT Sender: usenet@helios.TAMU.EDU Organization: Texas A&M University Lines: 13 am not sure that the first time I posted this it went onto the net, but I recently made my 500 keyboard detachable, and I will discribe in detail how I did it for anyone who wants to know (preferably by email because it is a lengthy discription). It was very easy to do (all you have to know how to do is turn a screwdriver and splice a few (eight) wires. The hard part is finding a 2x00 (or 3000) case to put your old keyboard into (or you can use a 2x00 or 3000 keyboard, but you won't have power and drive lights). Mine cost me $30, but I got ripped off on the keyboard case, the total should be about $15.
