Finally, someone actually called me (sorry, I didn't catch her name) and she seemed very business-like. Here was someone who would take the authority to actually act on it! Well, she said it would go out the next Monday, so I watched the mail breathlessly all the next week--not so breathlessly the second week, and gave up on it in the ensuing weeks. To my surprise, it actually came--about 5 weeks after she said it would be put in the mail. In the meantime, it's been almost three months since I sent in by card that came with my second A3000, and still nothing from that. I think Commodore ventured too near a black hole, and are suffering from extreme time-dilation. T--h--i--n--g--s m--o--v--e v--e--r--y s--l--o--w--l--y t--h--e--r--e--! At least I have one copy!
