I had the same problem when I installed SR10.3 on one of my DN4000s. I think that the problem is in the DM manager. I still don't know why the problem occurred but I do have a work around. One thing you can try to do is bring the node up diskless on another 10.3 machine. I tried that and still got the same errors. Here is the work around that I used. 1. Boot the node diskless. 2. If it still come up with the same errors, since you are in the Phase 2 shell bring up a shell by typing "sh" at the Phase 2 prompt. 3. Mount the node's disk drive and install 10.3 per the HP/Apollo installation manual. When I did this, the install ran just fine. It just seems weird that you don't have the DM running. 4. Be sure to unmount the drive after the install completes. 5. Reboot the node. It should come up fine. Good luck!!!
