They are a pair of shareware programs written by George R. Wilde. The launcher program is $10 and UtilityWorks itself is $20; both together are $25. George is not on Internet but he is on Genie, Compuserve, Delphi and a no. of E-Mail networks. As to the virtue of each, it is a matter of experience, taste and preference. I have Prosel16 (I paid for it) and UtilityWorks and UtilityWorks Launcher; I do not have nor have I seen Wings. I prefer Wilde's programs over Prosel16. I am not a power user, but I do find that UtilityWorks/Launcher has just about everything I need and I prefer its interface to that of Prosel's.
