Graham Fraser in Australia did this for the Chicago conference tapes and it cost him hundreds of dollars. (I have seriously thought about taping future events in both NTSC and PAL, if it was possible. The other solution would be to get one of those "world-standard" VCR's which allow format changes, if I could only afford the 1500 to 2000 dollars.) The overseas airmail costs are not prohibitive (10 to 20 bucks) as compared to the rates I heard for converting between formats (something like 10 to 20 bucks per hour of source material. My source material is up to 24 hours now.) If any kind souls out there can help in format conversion, I would be extremely appreciative. (You get to keep the NTSC copy, of course.) Jake Schwartz
