We have been able to read Magneto-Opticals from a DOS 4.1 on our 345 with the pd stuff. WIth respect to transfer... if you have to use a serial port one easy way is to run kermit on all the systems. Versaterm for the Mac uses kermit but there a versions of kermit easily available for all PC's, HP's and Macs.
