When I type fdisk the computer responds with "no fixed drives present". Putting the drive in config.sys gives "loading external driver" or something like that, but when I type C: it responds with a "Reading error drive c: Abort, Retry, Ignore?". Is this a software problem or hardware and if it's the hardware: is it the controllercard or could it be the drive itself? Please E-mail me, I will summarize to the newsgroup.
