I just upgrade my Northgate 286-12 to a 386-33 and now have the old motherboard
sitting around as a doorstop.  The following are its stats:

Intel 80286-12 CPU
Intel 80287-10 Math FPU
AWARD BIOS
1MB of 1 wait DRAM, expandable to 4MB with special card (which I don't have)
2x8 bit slots
4x16 bit slots
Integrated 2 serial ports and 1 parallel port
Baby-AT size
Discrete logic chip set
Complete documentation on the motherboard
