The versions I've used are quite nice - even if a little buggy (it was a beta test though...). Very nice memory management features also help make it the DOS for people (like me) who used to use DOS 3.3. I would say that there shouldn't be a big rush to convert until all the bugs are worked out. Maybe until DOS 5.1???
