If you are referring to the article in PC Magazine September 25, 1990, this was a review of the *old* ProDesigner model based on T3000. The PD II model has a T4000 chip. To quote from the article: "According to a company representative, Myrna Nickelson, Orchid is phasing out its most problem-prone model, the original ProDesigner, in favor of the high-resolution ProDesigner II." Although you said that you had the model II PD, you're the first person I know who has had trouble with it. Are you sure it's model II? S.
