   My speaker doesn't work. I have an AT-compatible and I can't make
it go BEEP anymore.

   Question: Is there a way to tell if the problem is in the speaker
itself or in the motherboard (the speaker plugs right into the 
motherboard)?   If the problem is in the speaker, can someone recommend
a (mail-order) place to get another?
