They're a subsidiary of "PC PROS" outside Chicago. The Chi Better Business Bureau would only say that there are numerous unsolved complaints against PC Pros. This company charges 2% for Visa/Mastercard, but offers $100.00 discount for certified funds such as money order/wire transfer. You can only get the published price by ordering C.O.D. They offer a defectives replacement warranty, and no other, though you can purchase "on site" (TRW?) service for about 1% of purchase price. They have an "All Sales Final" policy. I chose not to do business with them, and built my own, better, cheaper.
