I am so glad that you ask this.  I have an ERGO 401K, and am experiencing the
same problems.  Could you please let me know what you learn.  I have tried
using Procomm.  I am even able to get the two to talk.  However, I can't
run anything from the  terminal.  please let me know.  thanks
